Getting back to the olden days. I once made an egg buttie going down the M8. I was doing ok, Iād made the tea, then I needed the egg out of the frying pan, but the pan kept moveing.
That was your problem, in Scotland you should have been making egg rolls!
the problem i have with this, and im not trying to say i dont have any bad habits, is: is the driver with his foot up, able to get his foot down into the footwell as quickly as he would be able to move his foot 8 inches left right or towards the pedal, or to use the clutch (if the truck has one) if hard emergency braking is needed? i think not.
