With the greatest respect, if you think that £11 p/h is good for class 2 work, you must be on a very crepe rate with your current employer.

John ,is that the rate in Wales , we pay our class 2 driver (but he is a class 1 driver also has drawbar experience) £13 per hour, 45 hours a week guaranteed, our 3.5 t driver is on £11.50 per hour and the young lads are on £9.50 and £10 per hour , i pay them for there lunch too .
I get £11 an hour class 1 rate ,class 2 £10 ,7.5 and van drivers £8 ,I finishing because our route planners on nights are crap we got so much on it’s pushing drivers to the limit ,the runs are stupid ,my head is fried they don’t listen to us so time to go,plus they take an hour’s dinner off us

Well my brother has been back as a packer this week and a bit of portering but next week he back in his truck ,already Friday was putting his ties in the correct order as he likes them , he is going to spend Monday cleaning her . a few pictures of my jobs as i been on here most of the week .
5, different job , oldest motor we got at 20 years old and the newest , the house behind has not been touched in 6o years and at 80 odd the clients have decided to pull it down and build a 6 bedroom house on the land , its like going back to the 30s inside ! honest ! coming in to store for 12 months .

Hi Steve,bet that house holds many stories and memories for that couple glad your brother is back mate ,been called into the office for a chat ,he wants me to give him this month cause things are changing for the best,so I agreed my notice been put to a month if it don’t work ,the manager said he would welcome my choice and let me go with a pat on the back for my contribution

Fair play ,this new boss has done a lot in a month,he called every driver in one by one asked for opinions,greviance what can be done to make things better ,which is more than the old one did he looks for soloutions and feedback that’s why I got a months trail my notice in his draw till then
