Any blood pressure problems need to be looked into by your GP regardless of risk to the loss of your licence. I would sooner lose my licence than my life. Also there is the issue of being a danger to others if you are having any potential problems, last place you need to be is sat in a 40 ton arctic and suffer a stroke or heart attack whilst driving.
I know what my problem is, lack of excercise.
I just get now and basically can’t be arsed.
Things are about to change though.
Just got a bike each for me and the wife,… she looks better in lycra than I ever will.

On a serious note rob, me and the wife are keen cyclists and go all over on them, I lowered my cholesterol level, weight and stress from cycling. Get yourself a garmin cycling computer and seriously stick at it rob. I cannot recommend cycling enough, it gets very addictive and you will be amazed how quickly you get fitter.
Spent 1 1/2 hours in the gym last Saturday with the son in law who’s built like the preverbial brick crapper, got me on a muscle builder routine and to be fair was surprised how weak I am, anyway it felt great to get stuck in albeit I’m suffering a serious case of the ‘DOMS’, (delayed onset muscle soreness). Hopefully I can straighten my arms by Thursday, haven’t been able to knock one out all week.
Thinking of getting a home multigym for times I can’t get to the gym.
That coupled with a change of eating habits some weekly in cab workouts should get me on the right track.
Not sure about me blood pressure though, will get it checked soon out of curiosity.
