Best route to cyprus

We went couple years ago

Ancona to patras then a freighter from piraeus to cyprus
Price was around 4500 gbp per artic return
After dropping us at cyprus boat goes to isreal then stops to pick you up 3/4 days later

We were offloading in the dock then as had 3 days to wait for the ferry thought go off sigtseeing and meet some freinds who lived there
Cypriots wouldnt let us out dock eventractor unit only and they i. Eu

Ended up walking out and using public transport

4.5k was the greece to cyprus part

The ith greece return depending ondays of week you sail can be
£1300-2000 return

Is that price to the North as well?
There was a Greek Cypriot driver on DTS named Kiros. He lived in London. DTS offered him a trip to Cyprus. He jumped at it. When he got the papers he saw it was North Cyprus, but he still went.Took in B,D,SL,CHEC,H,RO,Bulgaria & got a ferry from Turkey.

Did the freighter from Piraeus myself. Not the most pleasant of boats. Worth taking a few supplies to your cabin, as catering is
rather limited. Also, there was only 3 cans of non-alcoholic lager to share between me and the only other passenger. Trucks
tend to be packed I tightly too, to the point that there wasn’t even room to put my towing-pin on for chaining down.

In a thread last week you worked for a local firm in Wakefield doing local runs in a curtainsider. :unamused:

Some people do a run for one bloke, Then a run for another bloke. Just a bit here and there.
Not everyone works for an hourly rate at a supermarket.

True but still , passed his test £12,000 later, worked for a week doing locals then gets sent to Bulgaria then Cyprus . Very very trusting gaffer I must say

Then there is his 'mate ’ getting a job with Fred Sherwood.

I know, 23 attempts and £12000 it cost him. Then a week later gets the keys thrown at him bound for Cyprus. Not saying it can’t be true but highly unlikely

Sounds like another jackanory merchant

So it’s a regular trip for your company. They’ll know about routes, ferries etc.
Your best bet for instructions on all of this will be your own office.
