carbs carbs carbs. keep to 40g or less and the weight (fat) will drop off you.
the plus of this is you can eat all the fatty foods you like. When I was preparing for a comp and trying to get below 10% body fat my diet looked like this.
breakfast
-5 whole eggs and 2 strips of diced bacon in an omelette with a handful of grated cheese
lunch
-2 cans of tuna covered in full fat mayo with some broccoli
dinner
-3 fried chicken breasts.
snacks
-slices of cheese throughout the day
-1 banana
-couple of tea spoons of double cream
and all that lot came to 2100 cals and I was never hungry during the day. Carbs are the enemy in todays diets.

You don’t need to diet just eat sensibly and exercise.I cut out fizzy drinks and snacks and lost a stone in a couple of months. I try and walk too, an hours walking will burn around 500 calories
Are you sure an hour of walking burns around 500cals? ?
Harvard Health Publications reports that people weighing 12 stones burn 500 calories in 75 minutes walking at a pace of 4 miles per hour, and expend the same number of calories walking 3.5 miles per hour for about 85 minutes.

Get a job with Aldi, you wont be fat for long.Or Brakes / Bidvest / 3663 et al on food deliveries - did one day last week (not done it for years), 3 drops but a full load on the truck, all 3 had to be put off pallets onto the little wheels (4 or 5 boxes or whatever at a time) and wheeled to wherever they say, dodging all the crap and grease and not falling on your backside etc, a hundred trips per pallet and a truck full of pallets, sweating buckets… Forgot just how **** that job was, but perfect if you wanted to lose some weight

Well i was going by what i walk in an hour which is between 4 & 5 miles, obviously the lower your initial weight the less calories you’ll burn

^^^^ this is the ONLY thing that works for me, cut out the carbs.
I seem to be extremely ‘carb sensitive’ to the point that I had to eliminate all of them and now always eat <10 gr of carbs per day
the only carbs I get are from double full fat cream which I eat a little or put in my coffee and the full fat milk I sometimes use (but rarely as I don’t agree with too much milk, well my body does not agree to it).
I have given up ALL sources of sweet tasting foods including sweeteners, they kept cravings alive
the hardest thing for me to give up was the sweetener in my coffee but done it/ditched it.
I don’t exercise at all (well no ‘formal’ exercise, I just try to be physically active), I lost all my excess weight and keeping it off despite me eating whenever I am hungry to satiation.
I now can only eat for survival not enjoyment and am fine with this
food was always on my mind before, now it’s only there for 5 minutes as in ‘think I’m hungry’, I eat and it’s gone. If there is only boiled eggs to eat I eat those if it’s only some ham then so be it, sometimes only some cheese will be my lunch. Others who see me eating think I lead a ‘boring life’ eating this way and ‘how can I only eat a piece of cheese for lunch isn’t it boring?’…my answer is that I don’t care, my tum is full now and that is all I needed

I’ve always been a little soggy around the mid drift, but did my knee in off-roading in December, can’t cycle anymore since then (ligament damage), which was the only exercise I did, so put a stone on since December.
Add that to the dodgy knee and it was damned hard work.
Dodgy knee is on right leg, also did my left ankle in stepping out of a B&Q truck into a gutter in the yard - trying to nurse my right knee, using my ‘weaker’ side to do the stuff my right normally does - ended up in hospital, had an x-ray, not broken, but 5mths later it still provides me with grief on certain cambers

Hi guys since iv been truck driving i have piled on the pounds and with e getting married next year i need to lose the weight. What diet did you go on to lose the fat
Avoid take away, fast food and simply eat no to much.I have expirience (lost about 4 stone),as well not eat 3-4 hours before sleeping .
Two bottles of water and a bag of fruit keeps my waistline in some sort of order on my 4 on 4 off shift pattern Oh, Plus after every shift the bloody dog needs a good hours walk - which i don’t mind. It helps me to stop turning into your archetypal lard-■■■ truck driver, i,e bingo wings, fat gut and skinny legs.
Need to really stop having Mcd’s and BK’s when I park up.
I’ve Just taken delivery of 4000 Yorkie bars…I thought they were invented for truckers!..gutted
It`s this guys fault.
