FANTASTIC :exclamation: :exclamation: . Brought back many memories. Much appreciated.    I am so jealous you have that brochure :grimacing:

It’s my bosses brochure he worked for BEES at morley with my dad when he passed his test, Many years later he set up his own transport company and when i first passed my test no one would touch me with no experiance but he gave me a chance been there 6 years l :open_mouth:

He’s also got a photo somewhere of a rigid and drag reg is RAY ***M or similar

Does anyone remember the Bees Sony contract vehicle that delivered round Scotland from the Linwood base. I think this truck was a MAN 8136 with the registation number E113 EUT. The truck was white with yellow, green, blue banding (Sony Livery I think).

i remember servicing for bees when i worked for morville trucks at lutterworth

Found this old pic of a Bees Atki taken in 1961. My old chap is on the left and the Bees driver is on the right.

When did Bees go out of business? who bought them out? Wayne Robinson

Brilliant Brochure that.

I remember a lot of those pictures. There was a big layby in Lincoln where all us parcel men had our dinners and there was always a Bees, Rainbow Express. National Carriers and the ones from Rutland who TNT took over eventually. (Wilkinson Transport maybe) I can see the drivers now as we all queued for the phone box for our daily instructions

Great stuff that Danny, i might print them out for my mate. Here’s some more

I also seen a subliminal message when one of the pages was removed

Ex workmate of mine worked for them for 20 years, this bruchure is circa 1987, they closed about 1989. They where latterly run by Wilkinsons from up Rochdale way? Then after some sort of management buyout eventually merged into FedEx.
