I was stopped by the police on the m6 for a routine taco check. The police man asked me have I got any analog charts I said no as we only use dige. He then asked me if I had any infringements in the last 28 days. I said no, he then downloaded my card. He went back 3 months and he found 2 infringments in August. He asked me have I got my printouts for these infringements I said no as it was over 28days. He said that was not acceptable and gave me 2fixed penatey notices worth £120. I dont think this is right if I was using analog charts he would not have found anything and hence no fines. I am consereing apealing does anyone think it is worth it ? If i do apeal and it is upheld would the court increase the fine?

Actually as your employer has to keep 12 months worth, they could have found the infringements, just not at a roadside check.
