Other people unlike you have done more than drive a lorry in their life. I couldn’t give two hoots whether you believe me or not. It’s only you and D/dog that go on about it in almost every post. Tell you what I’ll post all my evidence on an internet forum just for you.
You are right though I do fantasize about one thing… The day you actually manage to give an opinion on any subject.

Yeah go on then
I might have missed a thread as I don’t read them all, but is this jake person the same person as that member from Spain who used to have a Volvo FH in his avatar and also claimed to be a know-it-all at everything? I’m seeing similarities. Can’t remember his username, it was a few years back now.
Sorry Mick, not me, why do some accuse others of being someone else. I have lost count of all the usernames I am supposed to be. I used to be a lorry driver and like a discussion about anything. I am not a “know it all” and have never claimed to be but I have varied interests and like to challenge posts I don’t agree with. I thought that’s what forums are for.
From what I remember of you, you suddenly appeared and related covid 19 with aids which I found a little strange. I could relate you to others on this forum but I have no proof so what’s the point. As robroy once said either discuss or scroll by.
The technology exists for enforcement cameras to distinguish between heavy and light vehicles.
Here, we’ve had cameras mistake large vehicles for heavy ones. Caravans, motorhomes, etc., sometimes confuse the cameras.

Have you got the mobile phone camera detectors? Service NSW are rolling them out, and people are getting demerit for having a phone on the lap in a car etc, when it is a ■■■■■ etc … watch out on the Hume highway heading from the southern highlands towards Sydney … menagerie area … one is there now also off ramp for Narellan and Campbelltown.

To word it differently ,a driver could pass a breath test in England continue into Scotland and fail the breathalyser test because we use different parameters in Scotland. Does this help?
Certainly helps others to comprehend.
er, the rest of us non-pedants had no trouble comprehending how it was originally phrased.

Yes, the trial has just finished and the fines are now in the mail. Has there ever been a trial that wasn’t enacted?
I got done in an average speed camera, on the Hume. I was driving a little MR and aiming fo an average of 100. In an unlimited truck with no requirement to fill out a book, I achieved my aim exactly. It wasn’t until the 3x$300 blisters arrived that I became aware that only in NSW are vehicles below HR also classed as heavy vehicles.
Do you work for RMS, or whatever they call themselves this week?

There was more to it than that. You may or may not be aware of previous conversations which instigated what I said.
I believe from what I remember you are not having any vaccine. I wonder how many of that mindset will change their minds when they find the many implications of not having it.
My guess is the majority.
And precisely WTF has a vaccine got to do with this post you ■■■■■■ one trick pony?

No, I don’t work for them, but deal with them and the state debt recovery service regular … a friends wife had her ■■■■■ on her lap (fully legal) camera picked it up as you guessed it a phone … once she got the images it was thrown out at the local court… when I first came to nsw, from the UK … I used to drive an HC , I had a log book , but never used it from ingleburn to warnervale where the Woolworths DC is, never got pulled into the RMS check points at Mooney Mooney … alas, I was told it was 100km as crow flies… but beats a digi card any day.
I can’t see it mentioned anywhere yet:
Once you have the reg number, you have the class of the vehicle, so should have a good idea of it’s speed limit.
Easy enough to set camera to lower speed limit (60 on m-way) but only send tickeys for vehicles reg as trucks. Not perfect as cars towing are away with it.
Not saying that is happening, but it’s easy enough.
They had weight/size sensitive Gatsos donkeys years ago, childs play now given the new technology.
