I would be very careful what you say especially on an open forum such as here.
I would think one of the forms you spent ages filling in was the Official Secrets Act. That stops you from even commenting on the type of bog paper they use.

They use IZAL to stop you making handwritten notes on it
Delivered there in 1970 when I was a drivers mate on Banbury Buildings, had to supply mothers and fathers names and background and sign the official secrets act. take everything they ask for.

The Grey Eagle flies from the West this evening
The Royal Mail used that in the 80’s when I worked there .It had PO PROPERTY printed on every square to stop you nicking it for home (as if rather use sandpaper its smoother )
Deliver there - absolute nightmare. Had a bloke looking in overhead locker, it was ■■■■■■■ down and he was standing on my seat I gave him both barrels and he told me he’d get me banned from site, so I got in first and reported him for abusing my property - heard no more.
Wandered over to have a look at one of their motors one day - big mistake, not only did I get bollocked but the ‘■■■■■■’ got bollocked too. Everyone is so miserable in the place you come out with the raving hump Girl at check in is a diamond tho’

Its a good point. The spooks (GCHQ etc) monitor internet traffic for certain key words and I’m sure that ‘Atomic’ and ‘Weapons’ will be right up there on their list.

For those who are interested in nuclear weapons transport there’s a campaign website at nukewatch.org.uk/. Not everyone’s cup of tea, I’m sure, but there’s some interesting info on it and photos of the vehicles which are used to transport the warheads - customised Mercedes Atros as well as the Renault Magnum. I’ve seen the convoy twice in 14 years, once on the M6 and also on the M40.
Im not sure either but ive heard they come up by road, guy i share a unit with says he has seen some awesome police convoys guarding trucks marked explosive coming up the M6/M74. Could just be talking [zb] though

Saw them a few weeks ago at Knutsford on M6. by the look of it one of the trucks had a blowout or breakdown. 2 lanes coned off police riot vans all around ,army LandRovers everywhere, khaki green Renault Magnum rigid with what looked like blacked out windows in the rear box and some serious satelite pods on the roof.
Caused about 10miles of queues.

It didn’t even used to be on the map, same as nearby Burghfield( I think that’s where they actually put missiles together ) just had a look there on the map now , don’t suppose there much point now with goggle earth.
this is the convoy leaving burgfield (youtube.com/watch?v=tCx-8PAiK8Q) Probably with loaded armed and ready to go cruise missiles .
