I had one a few years ago, very useful bit of kit, if and its a big if, you remember to reset the ■■■■ thing when you
ve finished your break, or even remember to put it on break.

The rules have changed since you bought it so not much use now.Typical! If I decide to go back on the road then for a while I think I shall have to buy the new DHG
dare i ask why ?, its not that hard to keep track of what you have driven, is it
I just clicked on the link and got the same response, but it thinks I’m in Iran !!!
Looks like the site is broken

Your IP must be in a range near a French one that was banned for spamming, send me your IP by PM and I’ll unban it for you if you want.
It’s al-right thanks, I don’t use a Hour Guard anyway, I was just killing a bit of time while I had a cuppa
Thanks for offering though

France.Yes, that’s very good reason to ban someone
Yes that’s what I thought
I’ve been banned from that link because I am in Russia apparently, that’s with my BT Internet IP.
Using a couple of other IP’s gives me the same response but both France this time.
It’s a guess but it could be that you have to register/login to view the forums.

Could be, I can see that page, and others.
In response to my original enquiry I received a PM from a fellow member offering me a DHG TSO2 for free, FREE !! including postage. This morning the postie knocked on the door and there it was. 100% complete with all bits including a spare battery and working perfectly.
I would like to thank the the person publicly but not sure if he would wish for his name and extent of his generosity to be placed on here but to him I say THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED. You know who you are
It looks like a modern version of a ‘Tachtrack’ which we used on Fed Ex in the late 80’s and throughout the 90’s. Ours were supplied FOC by Fed Ex at my sugestion which they took serious and so every driver in the Crick / Rugby area got one, in fact i got two because I transfered from one contract to another and so they gave me another.
Anyway … back to the subject, you need to download an instrution manual from whatever site you can find, orriginal tachtracks had to be re-programed every time the batteries were repalced and without the manual it was impossible.

Ooh bitchy
Yep won’t go into details let’s just say I was very disappointed with the after sales department when Davey still ran it and cos I’m a member of another forum he acted like a tool!!

Fair enough.
duplicate post, pls ignore
I use trucker timer on Android. It cost £2 and I get on with it fine. You can adjust the records as well if you forget to change it.
Been looking for an app for an Iphone but cant see one, so have given up
I still use my Driver timer it works a treat , changed batteries , just have to adjust breaks to include 30 min at end of 4hrs 30 mins.
■■■■, that is something else that I can chuck in the bin then, and it was such a useful gadget as well.
More of my past life gone!
Pete.

mine turned up at the wifes house last weekend
