Avoid them like the plague, biggest bandits in Essex, on the VOSA watch list and almost closed down 18 months ago. You need a stetson and six gun to drive for them.
Blimmy didn’t know that, I always thought they were alright.

Thought that was what you were going to say…i worked for courtenhams in 2008 when they took over N Geen…they went not due to running bent or owt but when i was there it was badly organised by the traffic office…shame because it wasnt such a bad job to be honest
Thought that I was going to say? Something like he went and joined SPT
Gosh he left management when I was 17 back in 1997 and went back on the road. He said office work was stupidly hard or the family didn’t want him to do it anymore (think the late night phone calls annoyed his wife.
)
N Green got took over by them, I never knew, but in the same instance I didn’t realise Courtenham’s went under until recently. I know while he worked as a driver, went to office and back on road with them again, they were always above board, no running bent etc. Shame though the office runied it for all of you.
He was one of the generation that ran after the agency money, when it was good…now seeing his final days for a German supermarket
Is there any good local general haulage companies left out our way now?!

hello mate, have you been on the job site lately, was on it earlier, and think i remember a container firm advertising, sure it was chelmsford based, i was tempted, but its nights out so no good for me at mo, as busy bouncing from 1 hospital to another at the mo.
also, just noticed what sounds like a decent class 2 job in chelmsford on there.

A fairly standard affair then.
