annualised hours

I’m on an annualised hours contract, Its a fixed salary with pay based on 48 hours per week. So far, I’m way below averaging 48hrs.

Truckulent:
As all these schemes are, it’s a way of smoke screening pay so that drivers end up out of pocket.

+1

NewLad:
Apparently the one that they had at Tesco Harlow, some blokes were on 60k a year!

Yeah so what happened & where are they now…■■?

Smiffys trucking:
I’m quite happy being paid an hourly rate for the hours worked

Best way to be…

Latique:
can work in your favor .

In top end jobs like that which are practically dead mans shoes. Yes it can & the rewards are sweet, after all a train driver is harder to replace than an HGV driver…:exclamation:

Probably sat at home knocking one out like my mate does, who worked there. He paid his mortgage off quick time, brought a 2nd house in London, rents it out, sold his house in London and lives in Lincolnshire, loads of free time a decent income from his house he rents out, mortgage free, nice car, motorbike, 2-3 foreign holidays a year. Fat redundancy cheque in the bank, final salary pension.

If you ask me he’s done alright
