thanks JD im gettin there still have some bad days but not as bad or as many
hope you get sorted and the help you need
well went for round 3 yesterday all seamed to go well just a little stiff & sore where the injections went in the shoulders
now have to wait till december for the next 1 in the neck then they will start all this on my lower back 
if all goes well with that
