They are putting average speed cameras on the A15 from Lincoln to the M180 so I hear.
Waste of time. Won’t stop the lunatic fringe from performing stupid overtakes or looking at their phone whilst driving.
It’s quite alarming how many sets of tyre tracks leave the road and disappear into the bushes on, what is, a pretty straight road.
Some points of that road are down to almost knocking mirrors if you are going too fast or aren’t paying attention.
Ffs. Talk about crap reporting. They just make it up ad they go along. How the ■■■■ did the four army trucks crash into each other, and then INTO the artic?? And the artic ran into the back of the last army truck, and then jack knifed into the other trucks■■?
Jezus wept, and these people getting paid for drivel like that?

Journalists/reporters nowadays often seem to be careless/clueless/semi-literate. Even in the ‘quality’ papers such as the Daily Telegraph. My daughter was a proofreader for the local paper but was made redundant some years ago when it was decided to make journalists responsible for checking their own work. Reason why? Cost reduction. As in so many things, you get what you pay for, once the bean counters start running things quality suffers.
Captain Caveman 76:
a pretty straight road.
No It’s not
It has bends, curves and narrow bits. Been on it today and had to slow a few times because I didn’t trust the road position of some oncoming vehicles!!
2 curtain siders/container types passing each other causes a bit of a sway at 50 mph.

its a c u n t of a road due to the drivers who think they are better drivers than they actually are.

He was speaking of the A15, not the A17
Read the stuff posted, it all becomes clear.

The same applies though. Both roads are bendy/windy and succumb to draught from oncoming traffic!
I’ll put a roll in as well - free of charge…we all like freebies

Bedfords? Bedfords? Actual bedfords? I don’t think so. The last few TKs, etc are slowly rusting away just outside Beverly, East Yorks.
