the last time I took it , the lady in my life looked at the difference it made (albeit temporary) to my waistline she asked if i could get some more
Was asked by the lady who was about to shove the camera up me if I suffered weight loss. I suppose 19 stone looks thin when you’re sedated and laying down, that was me not her.

When the camera is so far up your ■■■ you can feel it just below your sternum, the gas is a welcome distraction 
however when you’re had way too much gas and your on cloud nine, and they keep asking you to flip from one side to another while trying to keep your knees together to preserve your dignity, and failing badly so your ■■■■ and balls are swinging in the breeze (or should I say ■■■■■) and in full view of the ladies in the room
