Hi Andy, thanks for reposting this it was great to read it again as your description of the Czechoslovakian winter made me feel like I was driving along those narrow tree lined cobbled roads again which gave me many a bum clinching moment over 30 years ago.
I came across this You Tube clip and apart from some new vehicles and a couple of buildings which have had a lot of rendering and a much needed coat of paint it looks like not all the roads have changed.
