I’d say he would be on a hiding to nothing but a loss and an extra cost based on .gov wording.
That to me says if an endorsement is on your race it can be taken into account at court even though it’s technically invalid.
At the end of day to rack up 12 points you have got to be pretty stupid usually. Whenever I’ve had even 3 points I’m much more careful than normal to try not to get busted again.
I don’t know how people can function on 9 points knowing that one mistake could mean you lose your licence and job etc.
