Can I do the following…
3.5 driving, 45min break. 4.5 driving, 45min break followed buy 2 hours driving…
I think I can as not driving for more than 4.5 without a break or mor than 10 in a 24h peroid…

Yes.
You can split the 10 hours up however you like as long as you don’t go over 4.5 hours without the required break.
You mention not going over 10 hours driving in a 24-hour period and I just wanted to point out you can do more than 10 hours driving in 24 hours. For example you could do a 12 hour shift with 10 hours driving, take 9 hours daily rest, then do another 3 hours driving giving you a total of 13 hours driving in 24 hours.

Needed to be sure as its going to be everynight from next week, well for 2 nights anyway. Full time if we can get it done in 9 hours…
