Surely a ā€˜One month banā€™ would apply to a driving offence. Standing and warning others is not a driving offence as the old guy was not driving.
Yet another case of how people can twist the law in the UK to fit their own means.

And that is suposedly a ā€œFREE COUNTRYā€
