Correct lol, and no i wasn’t contemplating lol…another interesting facr is that the Southbound slip road is the longest in Europe For the person asking what time it was it was about 7pm at night.
Shocking… i cant believe that TO Vehicle as a woman in a skirt on the motorway… a a serving HATO… that is a shambles they have a crash cushion there is it safe to assum when this pic was taken, that they were removing there cones to allow the crash cushion to place his big foot cones 1000 mm cones and take up the TO’s 500mm.
