I have just bought this excellent bit of kit. Here is a video filmed from the day I received it. Ignore the date/time, I just plugged and recorded.
Oh! very good
Absolute madness, not only are you are on the wrong side of the road but so is everyone else…
I’d point it down a bit.

WHS. As it stands, you are wasting half the screen as all it shows is the sky. Only of much use if you want to record other people’s accidents/incidents. The camera needs to be recording what goes on immediately in front of your vehicle.
As I said, it was the first time of using it. I have since adjusted the position somewhat and will continue to do so until I get it optimised. Thanks for your input.
Trying to play ‘guess the truck’ by the engine sound, but even my Stralis sounds like a V8 through my dashcam’s mic
Spot on. Iveco Ecostralis 460.
I’ve got the same one and can’t fault it , brilliant for the price would recommend to anyone
Great bit of kit, does it automatically over record the last video when memory’s full?
What’s the make and model

Yes it does unless you keep a recording by pressing the emergency button or manually locking a file.
The good rhing with the bluetooth is you can instantly send the file to your phone and then clear ot off your device.

Wi-Fi, rather than Bluetooth I think? Also bear in mind that the dedicated Wi-Fi Apps to allow download/playback via a phone are only available for iOS and Android - Nothing for phones that use Windows Phone (such as the Nokia Lumia range), of for Blackberry devices.
very clear
is there a difference between wi-fi and bluetoth

Yes. In theory, both are capable of doing a lot of the same stuff, but as implemented on a typical “smartphone” the Bluetooth side of things is typically restricted to headsets etc, or streaming audio via another device such as a car radio or a Satnav. Computer style networking generally uses Wi-Fi, which is better suited to transferring large amounts of data quickly and accurately, with full error-checking on the way.
Yes i meant wifi not bluetooth
I love driving in France. The only thing that saddens me is how knackered most of it looks.
