Hello Robert, The crew cab ERF,s where ordered by a municiple company and then cancelled and that how lowes came by them. The top bunk you could see was actualy the back of the seat lifted and hung with a chain, not strong enough to sleep on. You could sleep on the bottom of rear seat if you lay straight all night due to length of bonnet, longer than normal LV. When i have slept in that one i used 3ft wide bed mattess that put me above height of bonnet and better than the modern trucks
