Why would anyone want to run “over the water” these days is beyond me. the good days are well gone. 
They have all gone in the UK too. If your out all week you may as well go somewhere different imo

thanks guys, last firm i worked for over the water was unitruk, great firm, and 9 years later i ready to go again, but this time i can live in truck and stay away, just need a little help in which firms a running over water, thanks for your replys
What part of the works are you in?. If you worked for Unitruc I’m guessing south east ish?.
If you are happy to stay away then either Pulleyn’s or Matthew’s from great Yarmouth will give you plenty of variety if you don’t mind fridge work. Continental Express at waltham abbey also go over. It’s double manned stuff to Gibraltar but I think a fair few go to holland single manned.
If fridges are not your thing then Cranleigh Freight Services do a lot of airfreight as do Jan De Rijk who have a depot near heathrow. Also don’t forget the big green machine. They run trucks into Europe these days, I’ve seen it for myself on TV.
If your feeling really adventurous then head to Ireland. They have plenty of trucks running to all parts of europe and all that stuff about running night and day is soo 90s. You won’t earn your fortune but most pay a fixed rate per day so if your happy to stay out you’ ll be putting money in the bank 7 days a week.
