What a ■■■■ hole!
Absolutely no room between trucks parked on the bays and those waiting opposite and no room to manoeuvre.
What happened to health and safety, surprised there isn’t some damage done there

That’s my gaff your dissing there brother…but I quite agree!! I’ve left some tips over here viewtopic.php?f=2&t=111068 and yes, there has been plenty of damage done…most of it to our units/trailers that are parked up and surprisingly, no one ever comes in and reports that they’ve just ripped 6 buckles off the trailer that was parked up. Admittedly things do sometimes get left abandoned anywhere (my unit is dumped under the trees in the corner atm awaiting parts/repairs) and some trailers do seem to have been abandoned in the worst place but believe me, they are all next to each other at night, depends what goes out the following day. If anyone feels the need to hit a trailer, hit the orange ones and not my one!!
Google Map satellite view of your yard, assuming I have it right…

I imagine when it’s busy & dark being allocated the bay in the top corner is a load of fun Bays at the bottom i’d probably go from the road.
It originally was a depot for Nabisco/Jacobs Biscuits in the 80’s - Pretty bad then.

Top corner is bay 1 and is never used as there are a couple of bailers inside…2 & 3 are normally only used for overnight loading…4 is doable with a couple of jacknifes if busy, 5 is ok, 6 & 7 are a ■■■■■/impossible if 5 is already occupied & if busy, 8 can be done from the yard but the rest are easier from the road
every depot of theirs is about half the size of what they need.
Well…it proved to be a little bit to tight for one bloke who couldn’t be arsed to wait 5 minutes…I was being reloaded on bay 7 and he was opposite, waiting for instructions, with trucks either side…he had a go and failed miserably
Are the card and plastic bales still lined up behind the gate? we used to collect them every couple of weeks, job stopped around 3 months ago, don’t know who’s doing it now?

Yes bud, its all still there. Not sure who comes in myself, as I’m normally gone home by then but I’ll ‘keep em peeled’ as it’s been ■■■■■ lately and I’m getting back right in the thick of it!
